CNC Rotary Table with Manual Tilting Model BAS-V
The LCM manufactured model BAS-V, a manual tilting cnc rotary table with mechanical transmission featuring the worm-gear system; technology that provides optimal rigidity and higher precision. This model features a tilting axis positioned by a hand wheel and rotary axis pneumatic clamping. A choice of four models with table diameter ranging from 125mm to 318mm is available.
Mechanical Transmission Tables - Worm Gear System
The Worm-screw - Uses a worm-screw made of cemented and hardened steel having a unique precision ground profile that guarantees a wide contact surface.
The Crown - Constructed from Bronal, this self lubricating alloy allows a preload to be applied to all LCM tables for increased dynamic accuracy and no backlash.
