CNC 5 Axis Machine Tilting Rotary Table Model BRC-MM
The LCM manufactured CNC 5 Axis Machine Tilting Rotary Table model BRC-MM with mechanical transmission features the worm-gear system; technology that provides optimal rigidity and higher precision. This model is specifically designed for the 5 axis machine and has either pneumatic or hydraulic clamping depending upon model. Choices of models with table diameter ranging from 200mm to 600mm are available.
The BRC-MM series can be equipped with a hydraulic or pneumatic distributor for the control of any workholding equipment installed on the machine table surface and are also prepared for the installation of high resolution encoders (up to ±2,5") on both axis.
Mechanical Transmission Tables - Worm Gear System
The Worm-screw - Uses a worm-screw made of cemented and hardened steel having a unique precision ground profile that guarantees a wide contact surface.
The Crown - Constructed from Bronal, this self lubricating alloy allows a preload to be applied to all LCM tables for increased dynamic accuracy and no backlash.
