5 Axis Machine CNC Tilting Rotary Table BRC-T
The LCM manufactured high precision BRC-T tilting rotary table is designed and made specifically for 5 axis CNC machines and features the Torque Motor System with similar working torque to the worm-gear system, but with higher rotational speeds. Another important advantage is the zero backlash providing high dynamic response and accuracy thanks to rapid bi-directional reaction. Liquid cooling increases torque and reduce thermal expansion and also being equipped with a directly mounted rotary encoder, these rotary tilt tables provide extremely precise position accuracy for cnc machines.

CNC precision engineering applications include; metrology, aerospace, automotive, power generation, machine tool, scientific and general industrial automation throughout the UK. Technical specifications of the BRC-T rotary tilt table include the Torque Motor System and hydraulic clamping. Options available are a choice of table diameters of 400mm or 600mm.
The BRC-TM / BRC-TT table series are prepared for installation of high resolution encoders (up to ±2.5") on both axes. They can also be equipped with hydraulic/pneumatic distributor for the control of any workholding equipment installed on the table surface.
