CNC Rotary Table for EDM Machines Model BSL
The LCM manufactured Rotary Table model BSL with mechanical transmission features the worm-gear system; technology that provides optimal rigidity and higher precision. This model is specifically designed EDM machines and has both rotary and tilting capabilities and a table diameter of 125mm. Features include:
- Operations completely immersed in Dielectric fluid
- Structure fully made of Antioxidant materials - Stainless Steel and Alloy
- Indexing accuracy up to ±2,5 sec. by in-axis encoder
- Low tension digital brushless motors
- Fully sealed sump
- Suitable for fixing the most important chucks for pallets
- Can be controlled by LCM WNC 50 2 AX® NC

Mechanical Transmission Tables - Worm Gear System
The Worm-screw - Uses a worm-screw made of cemented and hardened steel having a unique precision ground profile that guarantees a wide contact surface.
The Crown - Constructed from Bronal, this self lubricating alloy allows a preload to be applied to all LCM tables for increased dynamic accuracy and no backlash.
