CNC Multi-Spindle Rotary Tilting Table Model MTX
The LCM manufactured CNC Rotary Tilting Table model MTX is a multi-spindle tilting table with mechanical transmission featuring the worm-gear system; technology that provides optimal rigidity and higher precision. This model features both rotary and tilting axis with a pneumatic clamping system and enables simultaneous control of multiple rotating spindles. A choice of two models provides either 3 or 4 machine table spindles with a diameter of 125mm.
Mechanical Transmission Tables - Worm Gear System
The Worm-screw - Uses a worm-screw made of cemented and hardened steel having a unique precision ground profile that guarantees a wide contact surface.
The Crown - Constructed from Bronal, this self lubricating alloy allows a preload to be applied to all LCM tables for increased dynamic accuracy and no backlash.
