CNC Rotary Table Model TDE
The LCM manufactured model TDE, a cnc rotary table with mechanical transmission featuring the worm-gear system; technology that provides optimal rigidity and higher precision. This model features both vertical and horizontal positioning with a Heavy-Block® pneumatic clamping system which achieves high clamping torque without the use of hydraulic units. A choice of table diameter ranging from 125mm to 398mm is available.
Mechanical Transmission Tables - Worm Gear System
The Worm-screw - Uses a worm-screw made of cemented and hardened steel having a unique precision ground profile that guarantees a wide contact surface.
The Crown - Constructed from Bronal, this self lubricating alloy allows a preload to be applied to all LCM tables for increased dynamic accuracy and no backlash.
