CNC Machines Rotary Table Model TDE-M
The LCM manufactured CNC Machines Rotary Table model TDE-M has mechanical transmission featuring the worm-gear system; technology that provides optimal rigidity and higher precision. This model enables horizontal positioning on the machine table and features a hydraulic clamping system. A choice of three models with table diameters of 510mm, 610mm or 1000mm is available.
The TDE-M rotary table series can be equipped with:
- Positioning encoder mounted in axis with ± 5" or ± 2,5" accuracy
- Customized table surface with various T-slots, smooth plate, or threaded holes
- Painted to specific RAL colour
- Modified motor cover
Mechanical Transmission Tables - Worm Gear System
The Worm-screw - Uses a worm-screw made of cemented and hardened steel having a unique precision ground profile that guarantees a wide contact surface.
The Crown - Constructed from Bronal, this self lubricating alloy allows a preload to be applied to all LCM tables for increased dynamic accuracy and no backlash.
